Your business has grown, but your website hasn't kept up
If your website is not bringing in clients, it's costing you them. We can help fix that!
You already know something's off.
You've been meaning to deal with the website for a while. It's just... not you anymore. The business has evolved. The site hasn't. And somewhere in the back of your mind you wonder how many people found you, looked at the site, and quietly moved on.
You've maybe looked into fixing it. Talked to an agency that made everything sound complicated. Got a proposal that felt like it was written for anyone, not you. Walked away feeling like no one listened.
That experience is more common than it should be. And it's exactly what we built FAMGO to be different from.

Our team
FAMGO Design is a Toronto-based web design agency specializing in website redesigns for service businesses: clinics, law firms, nonprofits, churches, and entrepreneurs across Canada. We've taken a client from 5th on Google to #1 in three weeks, without paid ads or an ongoing SEO retainer. Without account managers. Without making clients feel like a number.
A few have told us it felt less like hiring an agency and more like finding people who actually cared whether it worked. That's what we're going for. Every time.

Henry has been designing professionally since 2010. Prior to FAMGO, he worked for UX and ad agencies and tech startups in Toronto for over a decade. His portfolio includes work for the Canadian Dental Protective Association, the University of Toronto, and numerous medical clinics and several technology companies.

Megan has been designing professionally since 2010. She has spent over a decade creating visual identities for a wide variety of industries, including medical clinics, luxury brands, and higher education. Her past clients include Golston Jewellery, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and many nonprofits.
Same organization. Different website. Different results.
The Village Church didn't change what they did internally. They changed their website and within 3 months they ranked #1 on Google for their primary keyword in Thorold. No paid ads. No ongoing SEO retainer. Just a website that finally worked. If it happened for them, it can happen for you.
Your site is probably losing clients before they ever contact you.
Before we design anything, we listen. Then we look. What we find is almost always the same story, told in different ways.
Visitors arrive but don't reach out
Nothing guides them toward contacting you. They read a little, look around, and leave. Not because they weren't interested, but because nothing told them what to do next.
The design is eroding trust
Stanford research: 75% of people judge a business's credibility by its website design alone. Your work is excellent. Your site should say that before you say a word.
Most visitors are on their phones
More than 60% of web traffic comes from mobile. If your site wasn't built for that, most visitors are having a frustrating experience and leaving.
It talks about you instead of them
Visitors come to find out if you can solve their problem, not to learn about you. Forrester: sites focused on user experience convert up to 400% better than those that don't.
Google and AI search engines can't find you
If your site isn't structured for search, you're invisible. Not just on Google but on AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Most agencies aren't building for this yet. We do.
What happens when we work together
Our focus is not on trends or gimmicks. It’s on clarity, usability, and helping visitors take the next meaningful steps in booking a consultation or getting in touch.
We understand the problem before we design anything
Most agencies open a design program on day one. We don't. By the time design begins, we both know exactly what we're solving and why.
We design for your client, not for ourselves
Every page is built around one question: what does this visitor need to see to feel confident enough to reach out? Not what looks impressive. What actually moves someone from curious to convinced.
We protect your Google ranking
Before we move anything, we know exactly what's ranking and why. Your SEO equity comes with you. Properly migrated, properly redirected, and improved. AEO optimization added throughout so your site gets cited by AI search engines from day one.
Your platform should work for you, not against you
Webflow is fast, secure, and easy to manage without a developer. You update your own content without touching code. No plugins that break, no updates that cause problems. If you're on WordPress, this alone is worth the redesign.
We work with what you already have
You don't need to throw everything out. Most of the time the foundation is already there — it just needs to be reordered, sharpened, and pointed at the right person.
Ongoing website management (optional)
If you want FAMGO to help maintain and improve your site, we offer ongoing support so you can stay focused on your patients.

16 years of professional web design experience
Every project is handled personally by Henry and Megan. No account managers, no junior handoffs. You talk directly to the people making decisions about your site from the first email to launch day.
We push back when something isn't right. We'll tell you if you don't need a full redesign, even if a smaller project is less profitable for us. Our clients trust us because they know we mean what we say.
What we hear most when projects end isn't just "great work." It's that the process felt nothing like they expected. That they actually enjoyed it. That they gained people they can call on, not just a vendor they paid.
We can't promise that will be your experience. But we can promise we'll show up like it matters. Because to us, it does.

No surprises. No guesswork.
Every step explained before we take it.
1. Free consultation call
This phase is to understand the unique challenges your business is facing and what your short-term and long-term goals are. We listen to your needs, your context, and your concerns.
2. Custom proposal & project estimate
After our call, we’ll present a statement of work outlining what we recommend. Once we agree on the plan and quote, we kick off the project.
3. Project kickoff with research & discovery
We gather insights through stakeholder conversations, survey tools, website data (if available), and benchmarking. This ensures the work we do is rooted in real context, not guesswork.
4. Sitemap & wireframe
Sitemaps and wireframes are like the blueprint and scaffolds of a website. It's like building a house on rock rather than sand. The structure is built based on the insights from the research & discovery. We make sure the structure and layout is correct before we worry about the design of each room.
5. Design & build
This is the part most people picture when they think of website design. Now we visualize our wireframes, really designing each "room". This is where we start "chopping down" the tree. We design and build on the Webflow platform for security, reliability, and user-friendly interface.
6. Website launch
Once QAs are done, we officially launch the website! Rest assured, we will monitor and continue to support the website for 30 days if anything goes wrong. This is also when we train your staff on how to manage your website from there on.
7. Ongoing website support (optional)
If you're really too busy and want only focus on running your business, we can take care of your website at FAMGO. Our services include ensuring your website security, uptime, and SEO and conversion optimization to keep your website secure, fast, and climbing in search results.
What it costs. No hidden fees.
Every business is different. These plans are only meant to give you a clear starting point, not box you in. We offer custom plans as well.

The things you're probably
already wondering.
If you’re considering a new medical aesthetics website, you probably have questions about cost, timelines, and what the process looks like. Here are some of the most common questions we hear from clinic owners and practitioners.
A website redesign is a strategic rebuild of an existing website — improving its structure, design, messaging, and technical foundation. Unlike a cosmetic refresh, a redesign addresses the underlying reasons a site isn't converting visitors into clients. FAMGO Design specializes in conversion-focused website redesigns for service businesses across Canada.
At FAMGO, redesign projects start at $5,000 CAD. Most service business projects fall between $5,000 and $20,000 depending on scope, number of pages, and whether SEO and AEO are included. We always provide two proposal options so you can choose what fits your budget.
Smaller sites of 4–6 pages typically take 6 weeks. Larger projects run 2–3 months depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is provided. We outline a clear timeline in every proposal.
Not with FAMGO. We audit your existing rankings before making any changes, keep or properly redirect all existing URLs, and improve your on-page SEO and schema markup throughout. Google Search Console is monitored closely after launch. A well-executed redesign protects your rankings and often improves them — The Village Church reached #1 within three weeks of launch.
A refresh makes surface-level changes — updated photos, new colours, tweaked copy. A redesign rebuilds the site structurally — new information architecture, new UX, new conversion strategy, and full Webflow development. If your site isn't generating leads, a refresh won't solve that.
Consider a redesign if your site is more than 4 years old, isn't generating enquiries, isn't mobile-friendly, is running on WordPress with ongoing maintenance issues, or no longer reflects your current brand and services.
Look for an agency that starts with strategy before design, has verifiable before-and-after results, is transparent about process and pricing, and gives you direct access to the designers doing the work — not account managers. Ask specifically how they protect your existing SEO during the transition.
A successful redesign shows measurable improvement within 60–90 days — more enquiries through the contact form, improved Google rankings, lower bounce rates, and longer time on site. At FAMGO we set up Google Analytics and Search Console before launch so you have a clear baseline to measure against.
Very little upfront. We handle the audit, analysis, and sitemap before asking you for anything substantial. When we do need your input, we make it structured and efficient — we know you're busy.
Yes. We migrate WordPress sites to Webflow — improving speed, security, and ease of management while carefully protecting your existing SEO equity.
Yes, fully. Your site transfers to your own Webflow account at launch. No lock-in, no ongoing dependency on FAMGO unless you choose a care plan.
