Indoor Playground Website Design for Merry Kids Playground in London, Ontario
Merry Kids Playground is a new indoor playground inside JH Supermarket in London, Ontario, and it launched with no online presence. FAMGO Design, a Toronto web design agency, built its Webflow website for a new business, with visit-planning, ticket pricing, party and booking pages, and local SEO, AEO and GEO built in. In the first 10 days after launch on October 23, 2026, the website's forms alone brought in 100+ online booking requests and 50+ party inquiries, with many more by phone and at the front desk. Merry Kids also recorded more than 1,200 signed waivers in that time.

What Merry Kids needed
Merry Kids Playground is a new indoor playground at 820 Blythwood Rd in London, Ontario, inside JH Supermarket. The owners needed a website that could do the job of a front desk from day one, on a tight schedule and with no existing online presence.
A new playground gets the same questions again and again: what does it cost, do adults pay, what are the rules? The website's job was to answer them before anyone had to call or walk up to the front desk.
It also had to feel safe, clean and well run to parents, while staying fun for kids.

Who the site had to convince
The audience is parents and caregivers in London, Ontario, with kids up to 12 years old.
For a business with no reviews and no online history, the site had to explain everything clearly, earn trust quickly, and make the next step obvious, whether that was walking in, calling, or asking about a party.

Our design process
We guided Merry Kids through FAMGO's human-centred design process, covering light branding, website design, UX, local SEO, AEO and GEO, and conversion rate optimization. Every step served three goals: parents knowing what to expect, booking and party questions reaching the owners, and visitors finding the playground inside the supermarket.
Light branding
Website design & UX
Plain-language visit and rules content
Local SEO, AEO & GEO targeting
Search performance tracking
Start with the parent's questions, not a template
We started with discovery, working with the owners to define who visits, what parents ask first, and which rules need explaining up front.
Because we had already built JH Supermarket's website, the owners gave us free rein on the creative direction.
We shared early branding and promotion ideas, and the owners' reaction is quoted below.

Light branding, with the logo adjusted
We made small adjustments to the existing logo so it worked cleanly across the site.
The look and feel is playful enough for kids and still reads as safe and trustworthy to parents.

“Oh that's awesome! That is good! We can have that on our website.”
Answer the first questions first
After discovery, we mapped the pages around parent questions before any visual design: visit info, pricing, rules, parties and contact. Then we built the site in Webflow.
Hours, address and pricing are easy to find. Merry Kids opens daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, with last admission at 5 PM, so visitors shouldn't have to hunt for it.
Because Merry Kids is inside JH Supermarket, the copy tells visitors exactly where to find it, and notes there's a food court outside since no food is sold in the playground.

Explain the rules before the front desk has to
Waivers, grip socks, outside food and adult supervision each get plain-language copy on the Plan Your Visit page, with the reason behind the rule. Only Merry Kids-branded grip socks are allowed, for cleanliness and safety.
Saying why heads off arguments at the door. It also gives search engines and AI assistants clearly organized answers to the questions parents actually ask.
Part of JH Supermarket
Merry Kids sits inside JH Supermarket, which gives it an edge on convenience over most indoor playgrounds. “Inside JH Supermarket” appears in the main pages' descriptions and structured data. FAMGO also designed and built the JH Supermarket website.

Make the next step obvious
The main actions are walking in, booking, and asking about a party.
Online booking and party packages weren't ready at launch. Instead of hiding them, each got its own page: walk in or call for now, and sign up to hear when party booking opens.
Booking and waivers run through LilYPad. We styled the buttons to match the site and linked them straight through, so the handoff feels like part of the same site.

Built to be found, and easy to interpret
Keyword research focused on two searches: “indoor playground London Ontario” and “birthday parties London ON.” Each main page has its own title and description aimed at a local search, such as “Birthday Parties in London, ON” and “Tickets & Pricing | Merry Kids Playground, London ON.”
For AEO and GEO, we added structured data (business details, opening hours, price range and FAQ markup) and wrote the FAQs in short, plain-language answers, so the information is clear and easy for search systems to interpret.
Coming soon pages, on purpose
Online booking and party packages weren't ready when the doors opened, so each got a plain “coming soon” page that says what to do now.
Visitors asked anyway. In the first 10 days after launch, the website's forms alone brought in 100+ online booking requests and 50+ party inquiries, with many more by phone and at the front desk.
The full site launched on October 23, 2026, after a three-week hold for construction and renovation at the venue.

If you’re considering a conversion-focused website, you probably have questions about cost, timelines, and what the process looks like. Here are some of the most common questions we hear from business owners.
A Webflow website for a new business starting from zero: an indoor playground in London, Ontario, with a Plan Your Visit page, tickets and pricing, birthday party and online booking pages, an About page, a contact form and FAQ markup. We also made small adjustments to the logo.
Production took 4 to 5 weeks after the project was commissioned on September 1, 2026. The site went live on October 23, 2026. Launch was held about three weeks for construction and renovation at the venue.
FAMGO projects fall into three tiers: Foundation (CA$5,000 to CA$10,000), Standard (CA$10,000 to CA$20,000) and Growth (CA$20,000+). The final price depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations, and every project is quoted to scope after a short discovery call. See our web design services and pricing
At minimum: hours, address and how to find the entrance, pricing, the rules visitors need to know before arriving (waivers, grip socks, food policy, adult supervision), a clear path to book or a plain note on when booking opens, and party information. The Merry Kids site covers each of these, with a Plan Your Visit page that explains the reason behind every rule.

Yes. Merry Kids launched with online booking and party packages still rolling out. Each unfinished feature got a plain “coming soon” page, and the website's forms alone still brought in more than 100 online booking requests and 50+ party inquiries in the first 10 days.
Bookings and waivers run through LilYPad. The Merry Kids site links visitors straight into LilYPad, with buttons styled to match the site, so the handoff feels like one experience. Every child and adult who enters needs a signed waiver, and the site explains why before anyone arrives.
